Welcome to Everyday AI, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and use of our services, including but not limited to one-time challenges, courses, workshops, consultations, memberships, and custom AI-powered tool development (collectively, "Services").

By registering for or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Everyday AI, LLC may be restricted from certain Services as specified in their respective descriptions.

3. Service Duration

For One-Time Challenges and Courses, the schedule and duration will be clearly communicated in advance. Participants must attend and complete all required activities within the specified timeframe to receive any certifications or acknowledgments.

Membership Services, on the other hand, provide continuous access to resources, training, and benefits until canceled.

4. Registration and Payment

Participants must register for Services through the designated sign-up page and pay any required fees before the start of the Service. Payment terms, including refund policies, will be specified per Service.

Refund Policy for One-Time Challenges and Courses:
You may request a full refund by the end of the day of the first event (e.g., class or session) that is part of your challenge or course. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected]. After this period, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the event is canceled by Everyday AI, LLC.

5. Monthly Membership Terms

a. Description of Membership

The Everyday AI Membership ("Membership") provides subscribers with ongoing access to exclusive content, live classes, replays, resources, and other benefits as described on our website at the time of enrollment.

b. Billing and Renewal

The Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate specified at the time of purchase (for example, $149/month or $99/month under Founder’s Pricing).

Your payment method will be automatically charged each month on the same day you originally enrolled, unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Founder’s Pricing refers to a discounted rate offered to early members. Members who enroll under this rate will retain that discounted rate for as long as their Membership remains active and uninterrupted. If a Membership is canceled or payment fails and access lapses, re-enrollment will occur at the current standard rate.

c. Billing Authorization

By providing your payment information and enrolling in the Membership, you authorize Everyday AI, LLC (and its designated third-party payment processors) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You acknowledge and agree that recurring charges will continue unless and until you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms. You also agree to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information. If your payment fails, access to the Membership may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

d. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you will continue to have access until the end of the paid month. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

e. Refund Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new Memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected].

After the first 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, including monthly renewals, except in the event of a verified billing error or service cancellation initiated by Everyday AI, LLC.

f. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust Membership pricing in the future. However, any active members will be notified in advance, and Founder’s Pricing members will continue to be billed at their original rate as long as their subscription remains active.

6. How to Participate or Engage

Participants and clients must follow the instructions provided upon registration or engagement. For interactive Services (e.g., challenges or courses), this may include completing assignments, attending sessions, or submitting materials.

7. Submission Guidelines

All submissions, including but not limited to assignments, projects, and feedback, must be original and created by the participant or client. Any content deemed plagiarized, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property rights will be disqualified or rejected.

8. Use of Submissions

By submitting content as part of any Service, participants grant Everyday AI, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submissions for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

9. Restrictions on Use of Materials

All materials provided during our Services, including but not limited to presentations, templates, worksheets, recordings, and proprietary methods, are the intellectual property of Everyday AI, LLC. Participants and clients are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or using any materials for commercial purposes without express written permission from Everyday AI, LLC.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action and immediate termination of access to Services.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants and clients are expected to engage respectfully and ethically. Any form of harassment, cheating, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification or termination of Services.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

AI Tools Disclaimer: Everyday AI, LLC provides AI-powered tools as part of certain Services. These tools leverage third-party AI models, including but not limited to those provided by OpenAI. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the outputs generated by these tools. The information produced by these tools should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions. You agree that Everyday AI, LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or outcomes resulting from the use of these tools.

Data Handling: Any data you input into our AI tools, as well as any data entered by your customers, prospects, or other third parties through your use of these tools, is transmitted to third-party providers such as OpenAI for processing. Everyday AI, LLC does not store or retain the data you input or the responses generated by these tools beyond the immediate session. By using these tools, you acknowledge and consent to this data handling process, including the transmission of data entered by both you and any individuals interacting with these tools.

Our Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and we are not liable for technical issues, data loss, or damages resulting from participation in or use of our Services.

12. Privacy Policy

By participating in or using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

13. Indemnification
